Overview

Cooler is a infrastructure structure built from 20 Ingot, 20 Stone, 5 Ice Organ. A device that blows cool air, lowering the temperature of a base. It doesn't provide much relief from the heat, but helps one to endure somewhat hot environments. Requires an Ice Pal for cooling. Unlocked by the Cooler technology at level 18. Pals need Cool level 1 to work here.
